I reached out for a custom picture I wanted and the whole process was very easy. I appreciate the ease on how everything was handled, and the fact that you were willing to adjust the picture a bit. Once we agreed on everything, the shipping was quick (I paid for express) and the whole package arrived quicker than expected. The canvas appears to be great quality. Love that the colors are all in small bags, already labeled, which saves me a lot of time. The canvas is marked very well and easy to identify which diamonds to use. Just started my picture, which is a large one, so I don't have anything to post yet. Probably will take several month. I look forward to completing this picture and will very likely have more custom orders in the future.
